I have a niece with plenty of chickens. Any of those prizes would be a wonderful gift for her!
We are starting a new flock, unfortunately a neighbor had dogs they let run wild. They killed our little flock. Our dogs left them alone but these dogs broke down the gate and just killed them. It wasn’t to get food, it was just to kill. Those dogs are long gone and we are home during the day now so we can watch them better. I was the crazy chicken lady, I am ready to be crazy chicken lady again. The chickens provided not only eggs but endless entertainment. Reading all the chicken articles in your magazine is really making want to try again.

Your magazine has been so helpful with learning more about chickens and making their habitat on our farmstead even more enjoyable. I won’t lie, it’s a delight for me to see that I’ve raised food for my family and am teaching them to do the same some day. Plus chickens are fun!
